Hydra-Flex Introduces New Heavy-Duty Hydro Excavation Nozzle
Hydra-Flex, Inc., manufacturer of innovative fluid handling equipment, is pleased to announce the worldwide release of the Ripsaw HD Rotating Turbo Nozzle. With a new heavy-duty coating, the Ripsaw HD is the most durable hydro excavation nozzle on the market, and continues to help operators to dig faster and save water.
Designed with durability and efficiency in mind, the Ripsaw HD is equipped with a new heavy-duty coating. This special urethane formulation is designed for use in extreme environments including frost, shale, and other rocky conditions. During field trials, the Ripsaw HD was reported to last longer while in harsh conditions, ultimately requiring less replacement and repairs.
"One common challenge in the hydro excavation industry is nozzle life when operating in aggressive environments," stated Jon Nysse, Industrial Sales Manager at Hydra-Flex. "The Ripsaw HD is an innovative solution to combat this issue. During field trials, on average, the heavy-duty Ripsaw HD coating lasted 3x longer than other industry nozzles."
Hydra-Flex customers may now choose between the standard (blue) Ripsaw, and the heavy-duty (green) Ripsaw HD to meet their unique environmental requirements.
