Rinse Water Recycler works with defluxing systems.

Press Release Summary:

Used with batch-format or inline defluxing systems, EcoCycler provides capture, filtration, re-deionization, and reuse of rinse water. Low and high level float switches allow for automatic water replenishment and protection against dry-run operation. Constructed of corrosion-resistant welded polypropylene, EcoCycler has built-in stainless steel recirculation/filtration pump that directs waste rinse water through dual particulate filters, and carbon and resin media tanks.

Aqueous Technologies is Now Shipping the EcoCycler - New Rinse Water Recycler

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA - Aqueous Technologies Corp., North America's largest provider of batch defluxing systems and cleanliness testing equipment, announces that it is now shipping the new EcoCycler Rinse Water Recycler. The system can be used in conjunction with Aqueous Technologies' Trident and Typhoon class machines, or any other batch-format or inline format defluxing systems.

The EcoCycler transforms standard defluxing systems to provide capture, filtration, re-deionization and reuse of rinse water. The rinse water recycling system is equipped with both low and high level float switches, allowing for automatic water replenishment and protection against dry-run operation. Dual pressure gauges monitor the condition of the two particulate filters.

The rinse water recycler is constructed of durable, corrosion-resistant welded polypropylene. A built-in stainless steel, high-performance recirculation/filtration pump directs waste rinse water through dual particulate filters, and carbon and resin media tanks. Additionally, a built-in digital resistivity meter provides real-time monitoring and display of the actual cleanliness of the water.

Aqueous Technologies' President Michael Konrad said, "The EcoCycler allows its users the ability to operate in a zero-discharge configuration, reducing both the environmental footprint and associated drain-related liabilities. This is good for the consumer and the Earth."
