Load cell wiring just got easier with a mobile version of the company's popular Load Cell Wiring Guide
Rice Lake, WI - Building on the success of their mobile website, this week Rice Lake Weighing Systems announces its first mobile app for the weighing industry. The company's popular Load Cell Wiring Guide, which helps industrial scale technicians decipher the wiring colors of almost any given load cell brand and model, is now available as a free mobile application for smartphones, tablets and PCs. A user simply selects the brand and model for their load cell and the app does the rest, showing which wires represent excitation, signal and sense lines.
Users can immediately navigate to the app through their browser at www.ricelake.com/wireapp. Rice Lake Weighing Systems plans to make the tool more widely available through app stores in early 2013.
The project began largely in response to industry demand. Even just released, it's getting plenty of positive attention, praised as an invaluable resource to industrial scale technicians and service engineers across the weighing industry.
