RGF's REME Air Purification Technology's ability to Destroy Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA)
West Palm Beach, Florida February 02, 2009 - RGF Environmental Group has received test results on its latest air purification product line "REME" or Reflective Electro Magnetic Energy. REME has been tested on water, air, food and exhaust applications with great success.
RGF has a 24-year history of innovative water, air and food purification technology utilizing friendly oxygen and hydrogen based oxidizers. The company previously invented PHI technology (photohydroionization), which is a UV light target on a quad metallic catalytic target that has proven to be extremely effective in destroying mold, odors, bacteria and viruses. In air treatment, PHI is effective on airborne gases, odors, molds, viruses and bacteria, but falls short in removing airborne particulate.
According to Ron Fink, President and CEO, "The latest RGF air purification development (REME) is far superior to PHI and has the added benefit of airborne particulate removal. Testing has proven REME to be over 10% more efficient then PHI on microbial inactivation. Also, REME is 32.5% faster and 33% more efficient on total air purification. Fink stated, "REME is so fast we are designing it into diesel exhaust and restaurant grease exhaust hoods. REME has exceeded PHI in every test, airborne as well as surfaces. One of the main advantages of REME is the use of a sacrificial charged collection target that collects airborne particulates for safe, easy disposal.
RGF's advanced oxidation air purification products have been independently tested and proven to inactivate SARS, Norwalk Virus, Bird Flu, Staph, MRSA all in the 99% range and also mold, smoke and odors. RGF's products are used worldwide on cruise ships, mega yachts, hotels, food processors, hospitals, office buildings, factories, and residences. See attached spec sheet for details.
RGF manufactures over 500 products providing the world with the safest air, water and food without the use of chemicals.
