TradeWind Technologies' ContactlessONE platform for High Frequency RFID readers enables ODMs & OEMs to rapidly develop and go to market with High Frequency RFID hardware and software
OAK RIDGE, Tenn., Nov. 4 -- TradeWind Technologies, LLC, a global leader in the design and development of advanced High Frequency RFID Reader technology today announced they are releasing ContactlessONE. The solution is combination hardware, software, and documentation to make High Frequency (13.56 MHz) RFID development and deployment plug and play for peripheral, mobile phone, PDA, laptop, PC and dedicated device hardware makers as well as RFID application developers.

TradeWind also offers its patent pending SDIO RFID card that is embedded with ContactlessONE technology that enables many handheld devices to read or write to all standards of 13.56 MHz tags and labels. The reader fits into any standard SD/SDIO slot and extends outside the slot for a small external footprint of 28mm x 28mm. The reader also has a low 6mm profile and a read range of 4cm. Additional offerings from TradeWind Technologies include a USB connection reader and a compact module for embedding inside hardware, both of witch are enabled with ContactlessONE technology.
