Model uPG2406T6R switches measure 1.0 x 1.0 x 0.37 mm in 6-pin TSSON package and uPG2406TK and uPG2408TK units measure 1.5 x 1.3 x 0.5 5 mm in 6-pin L2 MM package. Units operate at frequency of 10 MHz to 3.0 GHz and with supply voltage of Vcont at 1.2 equal to +1.8-5.3 V/0 V. They also operate with isolation of 18 dB typical at frequency of 2.5 GHz. Applications include cellphones, smartphones, Wi-Fi client devices, 802.15.4/ZigBee, NFC, and Bluetooth.

NEC's New RF Switches Lower Product Costs
Santa Clara, Calif. - NEC is now shipping its uPG2406 and uPG2408 low cost RF switches, available through California Eastern Laboratories (CEL). These medium power, low insertion loss, single pole double throw (SPDT) switches are optimized for mainstream low-cost product designs.
Applications include cell phones, smart phones, Wi-Fi client devices, 802.15.4/ZigBee, NFC, Bluetooth, and other wireless designs where cost but good performance are driving factors.
