NEW! Clean Walker Reusable Sticky Mat
As the Exclusive North American Distributor for VESSEL Company in Japan, JDV Products Inc. is proud to introduce VESSEL's New Clean Walker Reusable Sticky Mat (Model# CW-900B).
The Clean Walker is the perfect solution for preventing self-contamination. The soft and thick Polyurethane Gel's strong adhesive power effectively collects dirt and dust particles from the bottom of shoe soles. Unlike conventional disposable sticky mats, the CW-900's elastic gel-like surface effectively gets into the tiny grooves of shoe soles to remove contaminates.
The CW-900B can be used at the entrance of clean rooms, inside air shower booths, for cleaning trolley wheels, and other non-proliferation of self-contamination applications.
Moreover, the installation of the CW-900B is very easy. Simply unroll the mat and place at the desired location. Both sides of the CW-900B are adhesive so the Clean Walker can be placed on either side. For heavy traffic worksites or wide doorways, multiple mats can be placed together since the Clean Walker does not have any framing around the border and each corner has adhesive power.
This Eco-Friendly product is truly "REUSABLE", so it's an efficient and cost-effective solution when compared to the conventional disposable "peel-off" sticky mats that require a yearly running cost. The Clean Walker can last up to three years and literally pay for itself over a short period of time.
The VESSEL Clean Walker simply cleans with water! When the mat becomes dirty, the operator can easily clean off the surface with water using a mop, a squeegee, or a damp cloth. The adhesive power returns once the mat is fully dried. It's that easy! Also, since it's washable and does not need to be "peeled off", there's less chance of re-distributing accumulated dust.
The CW-900B comes in a standard size of 19.5" x 36" (500mm x 900mm), is 0.20" (5.1mm) thick, weighs approximately 5.3 lbs (2.4 kg), and is RoHS compliant.
