Resistors have maximum working voltage range from 200-500 V.

Press Release Summary:

Offering wide resistance range for devices with power ratings below 3 W, CCF Series resistors feature power ratings from 0.125-3 W with resistance range from 1 Ω to 10 MΩ. Standard tolerances for devices are to ±2%, ±5%, and ±10% with TCRs as low as ±300 ppm/°C for values of 10 Ω or less. Resistors are suited for applications that do not require surge protection or precision tolerances such as electrical equipment, small appliances, and consumer electronics.

IRC Offers General Purpose Carbon Film Resistors for Commercial Applications

BOONE, N.C. (April 30, 2007) BOONE, N.C. (April 30, 2007) - Providing design engineers with an economical power resistor with high quality performance, TT electronics IRC Wire and Film Technologies Division now offers commercial grade low power carbon film resistors. Designated the CCF Series, the conformally-coated resistors offer high quality performance for applications that do not require surge protection or precision tolerances.

"The commercial grade carbon resistors are available in flame retardant packaging and have ideal specifications for consumer electronic or electrical devices," said David Winkler, product manager for IRC's Wire and Film Technologies Division. "The CCF Series resistors offer a wide resistance range for devices with power ratings below 3 watts, delivering high quality performance for general purpose applications."

The CCF Series resistors are ideal for general use applications including electrical equipment, small appliances and consumer electronics, such as televisions and other high-volume products.

The CCF Series film resistors feature power ratings from 0.125W to 3W, with a resistance range from 1Ω to 10MΩ. Standard tolerances for the devices are to ±2%, ±5% and ±10% with TCRs as low as ±300ppm/°C for values of 10Ω or less. Maximum working voltage ranges from 200V to 500V. Typical pricing for the CCF Series resistors is $0.0046 each for ¼-watt size, in quantities of 100,000 pieces. Lead time is from stock to 6 weeks.
