Jersey City, NJ, April 6, 2009...Bel Fuse Inc., a premier developer of fuses and magnetic-based solutions for high-speed networking and computer applications, announced the addition of the radial-leaded 0ZRM PTC Fuse Series to the Company's expanding portfolio of Polymeric Positive Temperature Coefficient (PPTC) resettable fuses. Rated to 120 VAC/VDC, the new RoHS-6 compliant devices boast a unique polymer formulation to ensure long-life performance and unparalleled reliability. Their capacity to limit the flow of dangerously high current during fault conditions allows them to protect products and systems during overcurrent surges and overtemperature faults. The parts do not need replacement after a fault event as they reset themselves, allowing the circuit to resume normal operating conditions once power is removed.
