Replacement Door System Is Ready to Install
CINCINNATI-September 30, 2002...The READYMOUNT(TM) replacement door system is pre-assembled and ready to install into existing metal or wood frames with minimal prep work, to quickly restore beauty and security. Introduced by IR Security & Safety, the READYMOUNT system includes brand names such as Schlage® locksets, Steelcraft® doors and sub-frames, LCN®door closers, and Von Duprin® exit devices. The pre-assembled system's 14 gage steel sub-frame attaches directly to the existing frame, and the replacement includes all necessary hardware. Available in either 18 or 16 gage heavy duty steel, the Steelcraft door includes a polystyrene insulated core, A60 Galvanneal treatment for corrosion resistance, as well as an oven-baked prime coat. The heavy duty Schlage mortise lock includes a deadbolt, ADA lever handle, keyed entrance function, and attractive brushed chrome finish. The LCN door closer features heavy duty cast iron construction and all-weather hydraulic fluid. Other features include ball-bearing hinges for smooth operation and long life, a full perimeter weather strip, concealed double-seal bottom sweep, and a high-quality aluminum threshold. Additional options include Steelcraft lite kits, Schlage mortise cylinders for both mortise locks and rim exit devices, and Von Duprin 22 Series Grade 1 exit devices with ADA lever trim design and Schlage mortise cylinder.
