RICE LAKE, WI, September, 2004-Rice Lake's LaserLight remote displays are now available with messaging capabilities. This popular remote display is designed to excel in the most demanding applications, including truck scales, warehouse scales, landfills, and cattle auction barns. With the new messaging capabilities, the LaserLight M-Series will slide, scroll or flash any alphanumeric message. Perfect for relaying important information, directions or any general greeting, the new M-Series is available with an 8-character or 12-character display. Equipped with a non-glare lens to prevent washout in direct sunlight as well as Rice Lake's IntelliBnght(TM) sensing feature to automatically adjust the display intensity, the LaserLight M-Series always provides sharp, easy to read messages under any lighting condition. The new M-Series has a 2.75" digit size with standard annunciators for gross, net, lb, and kg.
The LaserLight M-Series is easy to program, install and maintain. Its light gray, heat-resistant enclosure opens from the bottom to allow easy access to the electronic components and prohibit moisture ingress. Conveniently located front panel setup and navigation switches make configuration simple. The LaserLight M-Series includes Auto Learn mode, which automatically identifies the communications format and data rate used by an indicator, making installation in retrofit applications simple.
