Low Cost Safety Relief Valve Meets Requirements Of Both OEM's And End Users
Hydroseal's new Series 1400 is a low cost safety relief valve that is ideal for OEM's, gas compressors, separators, heater treaters, scrubbers, dehydrators, gas production units, transmission and gathering lines, and similar applications.
Despite its low cost, the Hydroseal Series 1400 is a true high performance valve that is designed for high flow air, gas and liquid service and features Hydroseal's replaceable O-ring design for premium seal tightness and ease of maintenance. O-ring materials include Fluorocarbon (Viton®) Nitrile (Buna-N), EPDM, and Kalrez®.
This fixed blowdown safety relief valve is available in flanged and threaded configurations. It features set pressures from 5 PSIG to 2000 PSIG and is capable of handling inlet temperatures from -60° F to 550° F. The valves are available with inlet sizes from 1/2" to 2" and orifice areas of 0.059 to 0.830 square inches.
All Series 1400 valves are ASME "UV" Code stamped for air/gas and liquids and are NBBI capacity certified. Standard materials are carbon steel body and 316 stainless steel trim.
