Release of ChefTec Reporter 2009, Consolidated Reporting Program

CHEFTEC REPORTER PROVIDES CONSOLIDATED REPORTING CAPABILITIES FOR LARGER OPERATIONS

BOULDER, Colo., March 31 -- Culinary Software Services, the leading provider of back-of-the-house technology for the foodservice industry, announced that they will be releasing a new version of the ChefTec Reporter software on April 15, 2009. ChefTec Reporter enables ChefTec users to perform consolidated reporting, grouping data from different profit centers, companies and departments, facilitating information analysis for even the most extensive organizations. Culinary Software will be highlighting this powerful software enhancement at the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago, May 16 through May 19, booth #4252.

ChefTec Reporter was designed with the specific needs of larger or multi-unit operations in mind. Current ChefTec Reporter customers include Parkhurst Dining Services and Phillips Seafood. Users have complete flexibility to group revenue centers in a variety of ways for reporting purposes to enable managers to review consolidated data across different parts of their business, as well as compare results of individual profit centers and groups. These integrated reports include theoretical and actual food costs, inventory in stock figures, and inventory purchasing details.

"The ChefTec Reporter functionality enables our customers to keep their fingers on the pulse of their business no matter how large their operation is," commented Catherine Buresh, operations manager for Culinary Software Services. "With consolidated reporting, ChefTec Reporter allows our customers to see the bigger picture, as well as the fine details of all their operations. It keeps our customers proactive rather than reactive to changes as they are happening, something that is especially important in today's economy."
