Rehm Thermal Systems Show VisionXP+ for the First Time at SMT

On display at SMT Nuremberg for the first time will be Rehm Thermal Systems’ VisionXP+ . Visitors to Hall 7, Stand 7-329 will be able to see yet another creative development from the award-winning Rehm, designed to enhance convection reflow productivity and boost energy efficiency. The VisionXP+ can reduce energy consumption by up to 20%.
The VisionXP+ system is based on the tried and tested VisionXP and combines numerous developments and optimising features that focus on energy efficiency, reduction of emissions and operating costs.
Also on display at the Rehm Booth will be other innovative reflow soldering technology systems as well as break-through drying and coating processes. Including their condensation soldering system CondensoXS, which offers the same process properties as before but with a 25% lower footprint and as such enables condensation soldering in a small space. The vacuum option in this system allows customers to carry out void-free soldering without any problems.
The vacuum soldering system VS Family will also be on show. The VisionXC with reel-to-reel reflow soldering from MID based microsystems on wheels. The connection of a reel-to-reel application to a standard VisionXC soldering system is a particular highlight. Visitors will be able to see how simply the processing of MID based microsystems on carrier strips can be implemented with a reflow system from Rehm.
Rehm also offer solutions in the drying and curing processes sector for the entire range of applications. The RDS double-lane drying system will also be on display at the SMT. The system boasts a combination of IR rays and convection and can be used for a number of applications. The perfect system ensures that every conceivable range is covered, from conventional drying to hardening varnish to conformal coating, glass/ceramics and the drying of solar panels!
