New Tank for Recycled Water - First to Combine Storage with Heating and Cooling

Grasonville, Maryland...a storage tank for heating/cooling recycled water-that is the first low maintenance, high efficiency method of preheating, pre-cooling and storing recycled water before it's introduced back into the mix, is now available to the ready mix industry by the manufacturer, Pearson Heating Systems, Inc.

The PEARSON RW STORAGE TANK SERIES, which can be described as a self contained recycled water temperature control system (also for process water), represents a cost-effective answer to water management-that maximizes output with labor, equipment and overall production cost savings.

Features include vertical tank design to free up storage space; segregated recycled water to eliminate residue problems associated with circulating recycled water through a heater or chiller; external steel jacketing to maintain a constant content temperature; holding vessels with no internal parts improves reliability and virtually eliminate maintenance associated with other methods of heating recycled water; a combination stainless steel supply and re-circulating pump; an eductor nozzle that agitates contents to prevent solids build up on the tank bottom; insulated vessels plus a vapor barrier; weather proof aluminum exterior; standard 30" diameter side and 24" top man-ways; tanks heated with hot water or low pressure steam and cooled with chilled water. A ph control is optional.

Systems range from 10,000 to 30,000 gal. capacity.
