Overview
The ThinkPad® X40 Series 8 Cell Li-Ion Battery is a large capacity, rechargeable system battery that can replace the original system battery or be swapped in as a spare. This high-capacity battery provides double the capacity of the ThinkPad X40 Series 4-Cell Li-Ion Battery. This 8-cell Li-Ion battery has an output of 14.4 V. It can be recharged in 4.3 to 12 hours, depending on the ThinkPad system usage.
