Bluvision Launches Disruptive Real-Time Locating System [RTLS Solution
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- Bluvision (www.bluvision.com) today announced the launch of their disruptive Real-Time Locating System [RTLS solution for enterprises. Bluvision's RTLS solution brings game changing technology to indoor location, delivering superior accuracy, functionality and the lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) in the market.
Many industries that have been slow to adopt RTLS solutions due to the limitations of the location accuracy, the cost of the sensors/tags and the complex infrastructure requirements, can now leverage this technology to track important or valuable assets, and manage and optimize workforce.
Bluvision's disruptive RTLS solution leverages a combination of Bluetooth Low Energy [BLE and Bluvision's proprietary location engine to determine specific location of assets (equipment, inventory and people) in real-time. The solution can also show history, path and dwell-time analytics. By combining custom firmware on the beacons, gateways, and advanced algorithms on the cloud, Bluvision's RTLS solution is capable of providing accuracy greater than one-meter, even in large open environments with a lot of people, metal objects or RF noise. Bluvision's cloud-based solution does not require wired hardware, and can be installed quickly by plugging in the BluFi gateways, provisioning beacons through the cloud and attaching sensors/tags to the assets to be tracked. The low-cost of the devices and remote fleet management translates to scalability which is crucial while tracking assets for large global enterprises.
