Raman Spectrometers identify liquid, solid, and powder samples.

Press Release Summary:

Suited for portable use and field applications, Raman-SR and -HR respectively achieve 8 and 4 cm-1 resolution using CCD detector arrays for 785 nm Raman. For 1,064 nm Raman, 1,024-element InGaAs photodiode array is installed in Raman-HR-TEC to cool detector. Both solid-state spectrometers are permanently aligned for shock resistance and provide USB2 connection for power and data transfer. SMA-905 optical input allows attachment of Raman probes or fiber optic sample accessories.

StellarNet Releases New Raman Spectrometers

StellarNet released a new series of updated spectrometers configured for Raman spectroscopy applications that perform quick identification of a variety of liquid, solid, or powder samples. StellarNet Raman spectrometers include enhanced CCD array detectors for 785nm Raman (other wavelengths available on request) or cooled 1024 element InGaAs photodiode arrays for 1064nm Raman where interference from sample fluorescence is minimized and virtually non-existent.

As always with StellarNet instrumentation, the fiber optically coupled Raman spectrometer series is extremely ruggedized and compact for portable and field applications. USB2 connection to PC for power and data is quick and easy!

The StellarNet Raman-SR and Raman-HR spectrometers are standard and high resolution models achieving 8cm-1 and 4cm-1 resolution respectively using CCD detector arrays. For 1064nm Raman an InGaAs detector is installed in the Raman-HR-TEC to cool the detector.

These Raman spectrometers have no moving parts and are permanently aligned for shock-proof durability. SMA-905 optical input to spectrometer allows attachment of Raman probes or fiber optic sample accessories. Contact a StellarNet sales representative today for more details and your requirements at other laser frequencies used for Raman such as 532 / 647 /830nm.
