Acme-Fab introduced concepts to improve cleaning and drying that include high velocity blow-off units. This method effectively reduces cross contamination between process stages and removes excess water from the radiator's inherent dense coil to assure complete drying capability.
To facilitate easy maintenance, Acme-Fab's design incorporates full width interlocking access doors to the spray wash stages. Reduced maintenance overall is contributed to the heavy-duty, polished stainless steel construction built to withstand the high-volume requirements.
