RADCOM Adds Full-Scripting Capability to its SIP Service Simulation Solution

Powerful Scripting and High Performance Numbers Position SIPSim as the Leading Load Generator and Stress Testing Tool for Next-Generation Vendors and Service Providers

Spring 2007 VON - SAN JOSE, California, March 19/ - RADCOM, Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: RDCM), a leading network test and service
monitoring solutions provider, today announced that it has integrated a full XML scripting engine in its high-volume, high-performance SIP service simulation solution. The powerful new scripting engine, the latest addition to the company's widely-deployed SIPsim, will be unveiled at Spring 2007 VON in San Jose, California.

SIP has emerged as the major signaling protocol in next-generation network architectures.

RADCOM's new SIPSim creates an optimum lab environment in which to thoroughly test carrier-grade SIP-based products before network deployment.

Using it, vendors and service providers can emulate hundreds of thousands of users simultaneously. They can create various network scenarios and implement different call flows. This flexibility and power position the SIPSim as the cornerstone of a robust pre-deployment testing methodology for all SIP-enabled technologies including IMS, Presence and Instant Messaging.

"RADCOM's challenge was to maintain the SIPSim's industry-leading position, in terms of performance, while opening it up to full scripting capabilities. The resulting solution not only empowers customers to simulate any SIP-based network scenario but also enables them to generate the highest possible number of calls/call setup ratios and emulated users," said Ofir Michael, RADCOM's Director of Product Management for VoIP and IPTV technologies.
