1U Rack-Mount Keyboard Has 2-Button Touchpad


A new 1U rack-mount keyboard from CyberResearch® features a handy built-in two-button touchpad with the 107-key Windows®-style keyboard. The natural action and travel of the keys make this unit ideal for touch typing. OIX 1910 keyboards come in black or beige.

New OIX 1910 keyboards from CyberResearch, Inc. come in an EIA standard 19" rack-mounting drawer with ball-bearing slides. The 107-key Windows-style keyboard includes 12 function keys, 6 Windows keys, and a 26-key numeric keypad on the right. White models have either USB or PS/2 connectors; black models come with PS/2 connectors only.

The keyboard drawer is 19" wide x 1.75" (1U) high, x 13.5" deep (483 x 45 x 343 mm). When fully extended, the rack drawer pulls out 11.9" (302 mm) from the rack, or 13.8" (351 mm) including the front handle. The keyboard and drawer combination weighs 12.9 lb. (5.86 kg).

OIX 1910 keyboards can be special-ordered without the rack drawer for use on a desktop or benchtop. Beige rack-mount versions include a beige drawer and beige keyboard; black versions include a black drawer and black keyboard.
