QUINT POWER is Engineers' Choice winner
Middletown, Pa. - Phoenix Contact's QUINT POWER power supply has won a Control Engineering Engineers' Choice Award, the publication recently announced.
Control Engineering, part of CFE Media, awarded products in 28 categories of control, instrumentation, and automation products introduced in 2016, as chosen by print and online subscribers. This is the 30th year of product recognition for the publication, highlighted in the February 2017 monthly edition, in several newsletters, and at www.controleng.com/EngineersChoice.
The newest generation of QUINT POWER, introduced last September, won in the "Power - Energy, power protection" category. These power supplies give control engineers improved configuration and diagnostics to ensure reliable power to the control system. The products feature near-field communications (NFC), real-time monitoring, coordinated surge protection, and a configurable DC output characteristic.
