Quatech Announces "Vista-Ready" Products


Device connectivity product lines are now Microsoft Vista compatible

Hudson, OH, January 31, 2007 - Quatech Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of DPAC Technologies Corp. (OTCBB: DPAC) and a leader in 802.11 wireless machine-to-machine (M2M) connectivity solutions, announces its connectivity line to be "Vista-ready" in correspondence to Microsoft's Vista operating system launch.

On Tuesday, January 30, Microsoft Vista was released to the general public boasting enhanced performance and a unique upgrade experience.

Quatech continues to be the industry leader producing quality device networking and connectivity products, but also keeping up-to-date with the latest technology trends, including operating system platform compatibility.

o PCMCIA Serial Cards - Mobile connectivity serial expansion cards upgraded to work under Microsoft Vista platform

o PCI and UPCI Serial Boards - Vista compliant board-level, seamless system expansion serial boards for PCI and Universal PCI boards

Quatech continues to upgrade and enhance other products to be compatible with Vista and look to be fully compliant by the end of the first quarter of 2007.
