Synesis Releases Corrective Action Reporting (CAR) System for Automotive Manufacturers


Greenville, SC- Synesis International Inc., a leading enterprise and manufacturing systems integrator, announced today that it has released "Synesis Corrective Action Reporting System - CAR", a user friendly software system that enables Automotive Manufacturers to document, manage and track their Corrective Action activities effectively.

The Synesis CAR System enables consistent collection of all information on non conformance to help ensure compliance to IS09001 and QS9000 quality assurance requirements. It supports the 8d and 7d corrective action processes and is configurable to support any number of corrective action steps. It provides tracking and visibility to improve customer service and responsiveness, technician effectiveness, product quality and reliability and customer satisfaction. It integrates with existing ERP, Quality and other systems. Reports provided may be easily tailored or new ones created with the built-in custom report generator.
