Quadro Engineering Corp. Introduces the FlexSift S10
"Quadro is proud to introduce the new Quadro® FlexSift S10. The high-capacity, compact FlexSift S10 is easily vertically integrated into processes and overcomes many of the typical problematic product flow bottlenecks associated with traditional sifting technologies. The S10 security screens, delumps, and discharges all without the need for feeder equipment, allowing for higher capacities and better product flow than large conventional sifters. The S10 is safe and simple to disassemble, and has a minimal number of parts, enabling easier clean-up, quicker screen maintenance and minimal down-time. The S10's compact, light and vibration-free design enables it to be readily coupled with most bulk bag unloaders and mixer dischargers making space and support frame requirements minor in comparison to conventional sifters. Also, the vibration-free design of the S10 equates to low noise, less power and minimal maintenance, and virtually eliminates the unwanted size reduction and agglomeration that is typical with traditional sifters. The Quadro® FlexSift S10 features flush ground welds as a minimum standard for easier and better cleanability and can be customized to suit many applications.
