The TREQ-M4 in-cab display provides a compact, rugged design ideal for trucking environments

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH. 28 May 2009-QSI Corporation's new rugged TREQ®-M4
mobile data terminal is chosen by XATA Corporation (NASDAQ: XATA), a leader in fleet
optimization software and services. XATA now offers the TREQ-M4 in-cab color display
unit (CDU) as an option for new XATA customers and as an upgrade for existing users of
XATA products. The TREQ-M4 is compatible with XATA's MobileMax and XATANET
systems and gives end-users all the benefits of these two fleet management solutions,
including in-cab navigation functions.

The TREQ-M4's bright 480 x 272 pixel color display makes it easier for drivers to see and allows them to focus on the road. Other features include Windows® Embedded CE 6.0
operating system, two serial ports, two USB host ports and Ethernet with optional
Bluetooth and magnetic card reader.

QSI's TREQ-M4 is a lower-cost option and an addition to the XATA color in-cab device
offering line-up that began with the TREQ-M4's bigger brother, the TREQ-L.

"Continuing to offer upgraded products, such as the TREQ-M4, provided by XATA's
partners, demonstrates that we are committed to ensuring our customers have the top-shelf technology to meet their unique fleet requirements," said Tom Flies, senior vice president of product strategy, XATA Corporation. "Together with XATA's flexible software platform, the newest TREQ display provides our customers cost savings and enhancements that help drivers do their jobs better."

"The TREQ-M4 device is a perfect match for the XATANET and MobileMax product
lines," said James K. Elwell, QSI Corporation's president and CEO. "The new member of
the TREQ product family provides an additional rugged and powerful mobile data terminal
for users, which translates to a safer, more effective driving experience."
