CIT RELAY & SWITCH Offers New Black Anodized Aluminum CH Series Lighted Pushbutton Switch
Minneapolis, Minnesota - CIT RELAY & SWITCH offers the rugged CH Series LED illuminated pushbutton switch with a new black anodized aluminum body and actuator. Offering raised or flush actuators, the CH Series is still available in stainless steel and polished nickel plate along with the black anodized aluminum. Functions include momentary or alternate action in SPDT or DPDT configurations. Illumination includes center dot or ring illumination feature red, yellow, green, blue, white and orange LED voltages, inclusive of 6VDC up to 220VAC. This vandal and water resistance switch offers panel cutout of 16mm; width of switch face including the bezel is 18mm.
Specifications : Tested electrical life is 30K cycles with electrical rating of 1A at 24VDC, 1A at 125VAC and 0.5A at 250VAC. Contact resistance is <50mW. Actuation force is 200 ± 50gF with actuator travel of 2.5 ± 0.3mm. The dielectric strength is 1000Vrms minimum contact to contact and 1500Vrms minimum contact to LED. Insulation resistance is 100MW minimum. Operating temperature of -25°C to 70°C and storage temperature of -25°C to 70°C.
Materials : Actuator and body are black anodized aluminum. The LED lens and inner switch body is polycarbonate. Nut is nickel plated brass with terminal support of polybutylene terephthalate. The contacts are silver alloy and terminals are tin plated brass.
