New "Heavy Power" Push-In Connectors From BlockMaster
Elk Grove Village, IL: BlockMaster Electronics has announced a new series of "Heavy Power" Push-in connectors with a current rating of 24 Amps. The product is designed for wire-to-wire electrical connections. Simply strip off the insulation and push the wires into the block housing to make the connection. "Heavy-Power" Connectors are an easy to install alternative to twist-on style connectors - no screwdriver, electrical tape, or twisting required. All configurations have a recessed port for easy circuit testing. "Heavy Power" push-in wire-to-wire connectors are particularly suited to lighting fixture and white goods applications.
The BlockMaster "Heavy Power" PC25x series is available in two versions, - single or dual row. The single row version is available in 2 to 5 poles, with the dual row providing two rows of four poles each. Every configuration will accept 12 - 22 AWG solid conductor wire. The series is UL rated at 450VAC @ 24A. Housing material is UL94V-2 thermoplastic with a temperature range of -30 to + 105°C. Each housing is color coded to designate the number of poles. Transparent housings are an option.
