The TRYCLOPS X - Purge Controller, XP Version purge / pressurization systems have an initial and installation low cost, are simple to install, use, are highly reliable and maintenance free. Systems provides an objective evidence of the presence of adequate positive purge pressure and exhaust flow for up to three separate enclosures located in close proximity of the TRYCLOPS. Local LED purge / pressurization system indication alarms and dry contact alarms for remote system monitoring; so no need for a separate alarm enclosure.
System options include a choice of 115 VAC up to 25 Amps RMS or 230 VAC up to 12.5 Amps RMS directly through the TRYCLOPS X - Purge Controller, XP Version; so no need for a separate power connect / disconnect enclosure. Enclosure materials offered are anodized aluminum or 316 stainless steel and purge gas supplies are continuous dilution or leakage compensation purge gas inlet kits.

The TRYCLOPS X - Purge Controller, XP version uses two different purge gas methods to dilute the electronics enclosures and maintain the required certification pressure; continuous dilution or leakage compensation. Purge Solutions offers three sizes of the continuous dilution and leakage compensation purge gas inlet kits. A small kit for enclosures with a volume up to 15 cubic feet (425 liters), a medium kit for enclosures with volumes up to 75 cubic feet (2,125 liters) and a large kit for enclosures with volumes up to 200 cubic feet (5,663 liters). All three small, medium and large Continuous Dilution or Leakage Compensation Purge Gas Inlet Kits are available in materials of anodized aluminum or 316 stainless steel.
