Duplex Packed Plunger Metering Pumps
Uses same Tecknology as Human Breating Simulation Pump
For almost 50 years, Jaeco Human Breathing Simulation Pumps have been used by the US military and other Federal Government agencies as part of equipment to test gas masks and breathing apparatus. JaecoPak(TM) and Hi-Flo(TM) industrial application packed plunger metering pumps utilize the same technology to assure accurate and reliable metering of chemicals and solutions. Available in both simplex and duplex models, JaecoPak pump capacities range from 0.38 to 150 GPH while Hi-Flo pump capacities range from 20 to 682 GPH at pressures up to 7,200 PSI. By varying piston stroke length, both pumps are adjustable from 0 to 100% of maximum capacity for a turn-down ratio of 10:1. Stroke rate is easily automated using a variable-speed drive. Duplex pump pistons are normally 180 deg out of phase, but can be synchronized so that two fluids can be pumped simultaneously. Different size pistons can be used on each side of duplex pumps to produce different outputs. Liquid ends are available in 316 stainless steel or Carpenter alloy 20 from stock. JaecoPak and Hi-Flo pumps are supplied on base plate with or without motor. A wide range of motor options and accessories are available for both pumps.
