Pump utilizes Diaphragm Position Control technology.

Press Release Summary:

Series H/G25 Kel-Cell® uses DPC technology to control diaphragm position under adverse inlet conditions. This reduces possibility of incidental diaphragm failure/rupture caused by conditions that result in excessive vacuum conditions on pump inlet. Industrial pump provides flow to 20 gpm and pressure to 1,000 psi.

H/G25 Industrial Pumps Now Available with Patented Diaphragm Position Control Technology

MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Wanner Engineering's H/G25 Kel-Cell® series industrial pumps now feature patented Diaphragm Position Control (DPC) technology. This technology helps to control diaphragm position under a variety of adverse inlet conditions. The result is maximum protection against diaphragm ruptures, while providing flow to 20 gpm (76 lpm) and pressure to 1000 psi (70 bar).

DPC technology comes as standard on new Kel-Cell series pumps, and is easily retrofitted on H/G25 pumps already in the field. This technology enhances Kel-Cell pump performance, reliability and durability by reducing by up to 90% the possibility of an incidental diaphragm failure caused by adverse system conditions that result in excessive vacuum conditions on the pump inlet.
