Transfer Fluids Directly from the Can to a Dispensing Valve
The model FK001 Autocan System from "I&J Fisnar Inc." transfers viscous material directly to a valve, which can be mounted on an automatic dispensing robot or simply supported in a handgrip gun.
The FK001 accommodates 1 quart, and 1 gallon sizes. It is easy to set up with a lifting extrusion arm for simple change of the can. A follower plate wipes the material from the sides of the can. The system prevents mess and clean up while providing significant material savings.
When used in combination with the model 790HPNM suck-back valve, the Autocan - valve system provides an ideal production aid for higher viscosity materials of up to 600,000cps. A trigger operation operates the valve via a pneumatic controller. Transfer
