Fluid Metering, Inc. of Syosset, NY introduces Temperature Controlled Pump Heads for process dispensing and metering applications. The CSC-WT pump heads provide true temperature control of FMI pumps and is ideal for maintaining fluid temperatures in reactor feed, pilot plant, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, lab, industrial, and process applications.
The CSC-WT Pump Head will accept two standard 1/4" x 1" electric cartridge heaters and a thermocouple for maximum temperature control. Temperature control can range up to 350° F (180° C) depending on various factors.
The pump head also includes an isolation gland for applications having air sensitive fluids. It is compatible with all FMI drives and will deliver from 0.03 to 1.2 cc/dispense or from 0 to 1200 cc/minute continuous metering at an accuracy of 1% or better.
