Springfield, Ohio, USA - Moyno, Inc offers the Moyno® 2000 G4 pump to optimize the handling of low- to medium- viscosity and large solids applications. The pump features Moyno's proprietary Ultra- Feed Technology® that increases pumping efficiency and enhances the gentle handling of large, suspended solids for minimal product degradation.
The Moyno 2000 G4 pump features an unobstructed flow path to the progressing cavity inlet so that the fluid does not have to flow around the universal joint. The G4's wide sweep inlet lowers friction loss, contributing to the more gentle handling of the fluid being pumped. The G4 is available either with a mechanical auger feed, for efficient feed of viscous fluids directly into the pumping elements, or without an auger, for applications requiring a wide open, free-flowing path to the pumping elements, which is ideal for large, suspended solids applications.
The versatile and efficient G4 excells in the handling of viscous products that can be fed through a pipe, vacuum applications from dearerators and evaporators, scum transfer, thick adhesives, whole fish and municipal sludges in excess of 10% solids.
