Tyler Technologies' First iPad® App Expands Mobility of Its Tyler Public Safety Solution



App designed to provide public safety first responders with unrestricted mobility

DALLAS - Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) today announced the release of its
Tyler Public Safety iPad® application (app) to deliver mission-critical computer aided dispatch (CAD) and convenient records management system (RMS) access to first responders. The Tyler Public Safety app is a true Apple® application developed specifically to take advantage of unique Apple iOS capabilities.

The Tyler Public Safety app aids real-time situational awareness and officer safety with bi-directional incident and call-data linking first responders, dispatchers and administrators with:

· Familiar touch and swipe features for a rich user experience

· Real-time mapping connects first responders to dispatchers

· Silent messaging and live chatting for real-time communication

· Hands-free operation through native dictation technology

· Native camera integrates multi-media evidence collection
