PST30 Diverter Valve comes with internally shim-able positive stops, inflatable pneumatic seals and end plates. Unit features plugs, inlet and outlet ports flanged which mates with 150# ANSI or 10N-DIN flange patterns. Product offers 145° port-to-port rotation, 2-way switching capability and external tunnel position indication. Valve is equipped with pneumatic actuator which offers 4 second actuation times. PST30 is integrated with 2 SPST proximity sensors.

Announcing the Newly Designed Plug Single Tunnel (PST30) Diverter Valve

The Schenck Process PST30 Diverter Valve introduces new features such as internally shim-able positive stops, inflatable pneumatic seals at each port, position indication from the tunnel itself, and external tunnel position indication.
Additional features include 145° port-to-port rotation, a 2-way switching capability for either dilute phase or dense phase conveying applications, aluminum or 316 stainless steel housing, end plates, plugs and inlet and outlet ports flanged to mate 150# ANSI or 10N-DIN flange patterns. The housing, plug, and endplates on the aluminum valve are hard anodized for wear resistance. To complete the unit, a pneumatic actuator providing a 4 second actuation time between ports, a 4-way double, and 3-way single solenoid air control valve with NEMA 4 enclosure, and 2 SPST proximity sensors are included.
The new version of the PST30 Diverter Valve can also be designed without inflatable seals.
