PSSC Labs and Hortonworks Partner to Develop CyberRax Cybersecurity Appliance for Hortonworks Cybersecurity Platform

PSSC Labs, a developer of custom High Performance Computing and Big Data computing solutions, announced today that the company has partnered with Hortonworks, Inc. to create a bundled high-performance computing appliance designed specifically for Hortonworks Cybersecurity Platform (HCP). The CyberRax Cybersecurity Appliance provides users with high-speed ingestion, real-time processing and a comprehensive view of cybersecurity data with alert summaries.
CyberRax includes all of the necessary hardware, networking and software public sector organizations need for a simple, one-step deployment with HCP. The turn-key platform is initially configured to support 150TB of data, 240 processor cores and a high speed network topology; allowing HCP customers to gain further insight into the real-time cybersecurity threat landscape across their networks.
Offering a comprehensive view of risk through a sophisticated security lens, HCP provides an accelerated path to a single view of relevant cyber threat data. The platform delivers ways to address threats through the use of specific data, analytical models and user interfaces to increase the efficiency of security operations.
