Windsor, Connecticut - October 28, 2008... For precision die-cutting applications involving intricate parts, Scapa North America offers Scapa 707, a double coated pressure sensitive adhesive film that features release liners on both sides for added firmness. The product can be used for general purpose bonding, foam fabrication, precision die cutting, and splicing silicone coated papers and films.

Scapa 707 is made up of a polyester film double coated with a silicone adhesive on one side and an acrylic adhesive on the other. It offers excellent adhesion to silicone gaskets, foams and sponges. This highly conformable tape contours well to intricate parts and provides good chemical resistance, excellent quick stick and holding power, and an operating temperature range of -20?F to +350?F. The high tack acrylic adhesive on Scapa 707 bonds well to plastic, glass and metal substrates.
