Wallingford, CT - Prototype Plus provides design engineers and product developers a low cost, quick way to test new injection molded parts, then seamlessly transition into production. The result is a budget-friendly way to accelerate time-to-market.

Prototype Plus accommodates both up-and-down and side-action part designs. Optimal savings are realized with designs requiring high-speed CNC machining and turning. In addition, EDM technology may be utilized for intricate shapes and desired finishes.
Prototype Plus is a proprietary process based on automating and standardizing the moldmaking and molding process. Typical lead time is days to weeks based on design. Prototype Plus will produce parts able to run on injection molding machines from 28-200 tons, with a shot size from 0.5 to 22 ounces. Multi-cavity options are available.
