Are your Porcerax II inserts venting as well as they could be?
Fact # 1: Most Porcerax inserts are not cleaned before they are put into production, thus leaving them full of cutting fluids and graphite partials, rendering the venting insufficient.
Fact # 2: Most inserts need to be returned to Molder's World, Inc. for their periodic cleaning (around 30,000 shots for PP & ABS and 20,000 shots for nylons) most are never cleaned properly leaving the pores clogged.
Fact # 3: Approximately 80% of all the inserts we receive for the first cleaning are not designed or manufactured properly, again rendering the venting insufficient or non-existent.
