Prioritized Project Requests
An enhanced project portfolio streamlines the standardization and qualification of new project requests with a powerful tool that allows users to manage priorities and balance project requests according to strategic issues, the investment picture and performance. Intuitive bubble charts provide a quick view of the risks and requirements connected to each project or project request to enable more thorough planning for future projects and identify challenges to ensure greater success.
Integral Invoicing
The new invoicing module incorporates start-to-finish project invoicing to improve margin overview, project results and cash flow. User-defined invoicing plans enable the creation of upstream project deadlines for invoicing for time, products and merchandise at specific milestones with every conceivable variable - fixed price or advance invoicing, 30% on order, 30% on delivery and 30% on production start for example - or other options specific to each project. A Genius Inside exclusive, only Genius Project4Domino and Genius Project allows true invoice planning directly from the Gantt, to keep cash flow on pace with project planning. Invoices are generated directly in MS-Word format incorporating client file details such as address and billing information, and can be customized, edited and archived.
