EZ-Track(TM) Linear Displacement Transducers Offer Unique Features While Giving Robust, Absolute Position Sensing


Minneapolis, MN - TURCK Inc. has announced the EZ-Track(TM) line of programmable, auto-tuning, non-contact linear displacement transducers (LDTs). These sensors offer an alternative to proximity switches where continuous linear feedback is necessary. Utilizing magnetostrictive technology, the LDTs monitor the position of a magnet along the sensors active
stroke without causing any wear on the sensor parts. An accuracy of +/- 0.1% and a repeatability of +/- 0.01 % of the full
stroke can be achieved.

EZ-Track(TM) sensors are 10 to 30 VDC units and are offered in stroke lengths from 4" to 180" in increments of 0.1". The
anodized aluminum housing is sealed to an IP 67 rating. Outputs available are 0 to 10 V, 10 to 0 V, -10 to 10 V, 10 to -10 V, 4 to 20 mA, 20 to 4 mA.
