The F805 Series 'SOFT PLC'



UNITED CONTROL SYSTEMS, INC. is pleased to announce a new product for the North American marketplace, the F805 series "SOFT PLC".

The F805 instrument provides a common hardware platform for four different weighing applications. They are F805-FB multi ingredient batching, F805-CF constant loss in weight, F805-MD multi draft weighing and F805-BC belt weighing.

The SOFT PLC concept provides the major system elements in one package.
1. Scale software including zero tracking, motion detection, calibration, etc.
2. The actual application as listed above.
3. Data accumulations and inventory control.

All settings are menu driven on full color - touch screen displays. A full alpha-numeric keyboard 'pops up' for product name or part number entries. Graphic x-y plots allow direct and easy system diagnostics and process overview. Free utility software accommodates read / write of larger set up files.

No special programming is needed. The need for a PLC is eliminated or minimized, and most control functions can be performed with a few simple relays.
