The RazorGage" programmable stop table will accurately position or feed lineal parts for sawing, punching, drilling or a number of other processes. The RazorGage" consists of a motorized screw driven stop assembly mounted to a machine tool grade linear bearing flanked by a high precision linear encoder. These components are enclosed
within an extruded aluminum table, which has an integrated fence. There s no other programmable stop like it. Every RazorGage" ships with a printout of our laser inspection study proving that it is accurate to within -.002 . Our studies show that the RazorGage s accuracy is still excellent after simulating three years of normal use. In addition to the rugged precision RazorGage" is programmable and connectable.
