Profile Database Makes Bending Machine Easier to Program
The CR126HAIM is the latest addition to the 3C-C.L.O.M.E.A. bending machine line. The CR126HAIM is a hydraulic bending machine with three driven rolls in a pyramidal configuration and can be tooled to bend tube, bar, flat stock, angle iron, and extruded shapes. Utilizing an inverter to control the roller rotation and position speeds, the CR126HAIM can be programmed to create multiple radius parts in a single pass while maintaining smooth transitions between bends. The CR126HAIM also utilizes a material detection photocell to reduce material loading time with feed distance programming. Perhaps the most important feature of the CR126HAIM is its ability to use previously stored bend data to automatically calculate the roll position necessary to achieve a desired radius. This feature saves time and material that would otherwise be wasted entering data based on best guesses and running material through the machine multiple times. The CR126HAIM can be operated on a horizontal or vertical bending plane.
