"Metastorm was one of the first BPM vendors, and we have over 1200 successful customers across a variety of industries. Process Pods will allow us to package our expertise in process excellence and technical best practices, as well as many of the vertical and horizontal process solutions we have successfully developed over the years, in a way that will provide customers with the core elements they need to get a new process up and running. They can then customize it to the unique needs of their specific organization and leverage Metastorm Professional Services consultants to further extend the scope of any Process Pod."

Metastorm Process Pods address the most in-demand processes -- such as New Customer Acquisition, New Store Opening, Case Management, and Purchase Order Management -- and have been used by many Metastorm customers to deliver successful BPM implementations.
