Prozess Technologie Unveils New Process Measurement Platform, the Reveal(TM)

The world's best process measurement technique now affordable and usable!

ST. LOUIS,  -- Prozess Technologie, an emerging leader in the process measurement tools industry, has introduced a revolutionary new analytical measurement platform, the Reveal(TM). The innovative new platform uses light to measure liquids, solids, gases and plasma without touching the target.  This measurement is done precisely, in real time and at dramatic disruptive cost points, allowing the technology to be accessible to manufacturing process environments across industries. The Reveal will initially sell to the semiconductor, petrochemical, and pharma industries in a price range of $30,000 - $65,000 per unit, depending on the options.  Prozess estimates the real-time process measurement market will reach $2 billion by 2017.

Today, global manufacturers can no longer afford laboratory approaches to process measurement and quality control, and they've discovered that lab equipment repurposed for manufacturing does not measure up.  Everything must be real time, continuous control loop and networked. The Reveal Platform was designed to be a key component of this "network of things" manufacturing. The enhanced features of the Prozess Reveal technology enables a reduced cycle time and improved yield by allowing a broader group of employees to more regularly and easily monitor their process environment at various points in real time.

The Reveal Platform complements the spectroscopy based systems that Prozess has been delivering to the top 16 of 20 global pharmaceutical companies, as well as to other high consequence applications and industries, for more than 10 years. While regarded as the world's best technique for precise molecular measurement, past generations of tools have been costly and complex. Prozess has changed all that through innovation in platform, optics, systems components and its significant experience in the application of the technology. What took a Ph.D. to use in the past, can now be deployed and managed by typical plant operations personnel while being operated by a smartphone, a tablet, or an upstream Digital Control System or Manufacturing Execution System.

The Reveal platform's initial application versions include color measurement, moisture content, cleaning validation, reaction monitoring, content uniformity and protein measurement. The Reveal will be available in a variety of packaging options based upon the customer requirements including ATEX regulations and other hazardous area configurations.
