Cole-Parmer Introduces New Masterflex I/P Digital Console Process Drive
Vernon Hills, Ill.-The new Masterflex® I/P® variable-speed digital console process drive (77420-00) is ideal for high-volume, sanitary dispensing and production applications. The stainless steel wash-down drive is IP55 rated and protected from water spray, enabling you to clean the drive after use.
The new drive provides a flow range of 0.12 to 17 LPM with a single I/P pump head. It accepts up to two stacked I/P Easy-Load® or I/P Standard pump heads, or one I/P High-Performance pump head. It is compatible with a broad range of Masterflex I/P tubing formulations offering a variety of performance characteristics.
The drive features a digital display readouts of flow rate, motor rpm, dispensing volume and total amount dispensed. It is simple to program via a sealed keypad. The PWM brushless, enclosed motor ensures reduced maintenance and quiet operation. The drive, which is controlled via digital signal processing technology, comes with full-featured remote control capabilities, a lockout feature that prevents inadvertent program changes or tampering, and system lockout in case of power failure.
