LEWAtriplex(TM) Monoblock Leak-Free Process Diaphragm Pumps feature one crankshaft with cams precisely machined to 120°, roller bearings on both ends for full support, and shock-resistant sleeve bearings on the connecting rods. Providing smooth output, the triple-throw crankshaft drives all three pump heads, is fully immersed in oil, and the drive case has a small footprint.
Incorporating a multi-layer PTFE- or metal diaphragm designed to operate up to 20,000 hours without maintenance, LEWAtriplex(TM) Monoblock Leak-Free Process Diaphragm Pumps are suitable for applications from 25 to 47,500 GPH.
