An upgraded line of monoblock metering pumps that feature robust construction, no high-torque coupling problems, and require minimum maintenance has been introduced by AMERICAN LEWA, INC. of Holliston, Massachusetts.

LEWAtriplex(TM) Monoblock Leak-Free Process Diaphragm Pumps feature one crankshaft with cams precisely machined to 120°, roller bearings on both ends for full support, and shock-resistant sleeve bearings on the connecting rods. Providing smooth output, the triple-throw crankshaft drives all three pump heads, is fully immersed in oil, and the drive case has a small footprint.

Incorporating a multi-layer PTFE- or metal diaphragm designed to operate up to 20,000 hours without maintenance, LEWAtriplex(TM) Monoblock Leak-Free Process Diaphragm Pumps are suitable for applications from 25 to 47,500 GPH. Easy to maintain, oil changes are only required annually and the bearings every 5 to 7 years. These leak-free pumps provide low pump head volume.
