Daimer® Announces New Pressure Washers with Automatic Shutoff Technology®



Daimer Industries® ships Super Max(TM) 9000 machines with AST®, a new time-saving technology designed for users of electric-powered pressure washers.

WOBURN, MA - October 29, 2009 - Daimer Industries, Inc.®, an international exporter/supplier of commercial cleaning systems, introduced a new line of Super Max(TM) 9000 AST, electric-powered, propane-heated, pressure washers that offer performance at budget prices. The equipment cleans with hot and cold water, or wet steam. The equipment features Automatic Shut-Off Technology(TM) (AST®) that stops key components that rest idle for 30 seconds.

AST® Defined

When activated, this new technology stops the motor and pump after 30 seconds of idle time if water ceases to flow through the system. Whenever the system operator reengages the trigger, the motor and pump go on.

This unique feature was engineered applications where the power washer user is cleaning far from the base unit and it is inefficient for him to shut it down for each break. The motors and pumps in many electric pressure washers stay on - even if water is not flowing in the machine - which can damage the components.

The Super Max Pressure Washing Systems

Super Max(TM) 9000 AST pressure washers offer pressure levels reaching 1500 psi, flow rates reaching 2.8 GPM and 3.0 horsepower electric motors.

These machines support multi-mode operation, which means they can power clean with cold water, hot water of 180ºF - 220ºF or wet steam with temperatures reaching 330ºF. The propane-heated equipment and includes a heavy-gauge stainless steel heating coil. The power washers include a 40-pound fuel tank and support siphon-type chemical infusion.

Included with the mobile pressure washing equipment: nozzles; a 25-foot high-tension hose; a high gloss/chemical resistant case; and a three-foot trigger wand with fast disconnect.
